A quick and easy 5 minute strawberry and chia jam that you can make just in time for breakfast.
- 200g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
Sterilise your jars before use. All you will have to do is wash some jam jars, place them in the oven for 20-30 minutes and leave cool at room temperature.
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring the berries to a boil for 5 minutes – stir often.
When the berries have thickened and it now resembles more of a jam, leave it cool and then pour the jam into the jars and store in the fridge.
