I have a really good korma recipe that I have perfected over the years, based on how I remember it tasting when my mother used to make it for us as kids. But unfortunately mine has quite an extensive list of ingredients and if I haven’t pre-prepped the korma paste for my freezer beforehand, then I don’t often get to enjoy it. However, this 10 minute curry is a saviour for when I want a curry in a hurry and combined with 2 minute microwave rice, you can have a good, nutritious vegan meal in less than 15 minutes. Basic Vegan Custard

custard.jpgI don’t know if this is only a British thing, but as a Brit I can say that we do love our custard here. It was a main condiment, for me, as a child and I would slather it over all of my Nannas’, homemade pies and tarts.

Kodiak Cakes: Whole Wheat, Oat & Honey Blueberry Muffins.

imageI still have so many Kodiak Cakes products left after being sent a ton of stuff by Cardiff Sports Nutrition a few months back. But, I’m slowly working my way through it all. This whole wheat, oat and honey flapjack and waffle mix however, wasn’t my favourite when it came to pancakes: the pancakes always turned out so sticky and stodgy and I tried numerous ways of eating and cooking them, but the outcome was always the same – sticky and stodgy.

Cauliflower, Horseradish & Parsnip Mash with Baked Trout

I love experimenting in the kitchen, more with savoury than I do sweet. But, I enjoy eating both equally. Today I decided to put my chefs hat on and create something delicious. For those of you who read this blog often – if any – then you would remember a similar dish I created a couple of months ago with salmon; this dish is pretty similar, but I thought a lot more tastier.
