In amongst writing and scheduling my Christmas recipes last weekend, I was browsing through my blog trying to remove any old recipes that I just didn’t feel good about anymore, when I came across my 3 ingredient peanut butter brownies and I had to remake them. But this time with Nutella.
Now I don’t remember how good that last recipe was, especially since I used coconut flour. But this time I chose to include eggs and plain flour too, and for a 3 ingredient brownie… they were good! Of course, you can add in other ingredients if you like and sweeten them up a bit more with sugar. But for me, they were sweet enough. However, if you have a huge sweet tooth I would suggest including some sugar.
Ingredients
- 200g Nutella
- 100g Flour
- 2 Eggs
Directions
Add the Nutella and eggs to a bowl, and stir until they are completely smooth. Now add in the flour and again, stir until smooth.
Next, pour the batter into a small, lined brownie tin; swirl a spoonful of Nutella through the top and pop the brownies in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave the brownies set completely before you cut into them as they may fall apart, which just means you’ll have to eat them straight from the tin! 😉
Serve warm with ice cream and melted Nutella.
